| The Woodie | |||
What Are Woodies? We start with used golf clubs. By cutting off the wooden heads of these twenty to seventy year old clubs, we recycle them. These golf club heads are used as the bodies for our woodies. Then, using chisels and gouges, we make a hand carved sugar pine wood sculpture. We attach these wood carvings to the old club heads, Thus creating many unique and whimsical creatures for the golfer in all of us. We call these creations, Woodies? |
